Digital products are available immediately after purchase — no waiting, no shipping required! You'll receive a download link via email as soon as your order is confirmed. Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. If you have trouble accessing your files, reach out and we'll do our best to help!  

Physical Products

Processing Time

All physical orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Handmade items are made with love and care, so please keep in mind that processing time is separate from shipping time.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Craft Bundles & Handmade Items

Craft bundles, handmade journals, ephemera, and other handcrafted goods ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. We ship via USPS and/or UPS.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• Standard: 3–7 business days
  

Collage Books (Print-on-Demand)

Our collage books are printed and fulfilled by a trusted print-on-demand partner, which means they ship worldwide! International shipping is available to select countries at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not something we're able to control or predict.

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout. Books in the US usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive at your door.

We do often have collage books on hand, so shipping times can be sooner. We'll be in touch every step of the way to keep you updated.

 

A Few Good Things to Know

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
  
• Once a package is marked as delivered, we are unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please contact your local post office or carrier first.
  
• If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right.
  
• We're a small shop, so we truly appreciate your patience and understanding!
